Gonzalez ran for election to the Hialeah City Council to represent Group II in Florida. Gonzalez lost in the general election on November 19, 2019.
Gonzalez was a member of the Hialeah City Council in Florida from 2005 to 2017. He was not eligible to run for re-election in 2017 due to term limits.[1][2][3]
