Manuel I. Arrieta

Manuel I. Arrieta is a district court judge in the Third Judicial District of New Mexico.[1] He was appointed by Governor Bill Richardson in January 2009 to replace Judge Robert Robles. He won election to the court in 2010.[2] He was retained in 2014.[3]

Arrieta was retained to the 3rd District Court with 74.5 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [3]

2010
Arrieta was elected to the district court in 2010. He defeated Richard B. Wellborn in the general election on November 2, 2010. He received 53.6% of the vote.[4]

Education
Arrieta attended the New Mexico State University for his bachelor's degree in business administration and the University of Michigan for his J.D.[5]
Career
Prior to joining the bench, Arrieta was an attorney in private practice.[2]
