Willie Simmons (b. March 21, 1947) is a Democratic member of the Mississippi Senate, representing the 13th Senatorial District.
Education
Simmons attended Utica Junior College. He then earned his BS from Alcorn State University. He went on to receive his MS from Delta State University. He later earned his EdS from Delta State University.

Simmons is the Owner of Simmons and Associates Consulting Firm. He works in Administration/Consulting.
