"Walkability" to make ballot

A group called Coalition for Safe Streets asked has pushed for a $15 bond to be placed on the ballot. The bond would go towards sidewalk and pedestrian improvements all over the city. Some, like long time resident, Tom Hurd, feel that the bond is too extensive and a burden to taxpayers.^[1]
