Texas Proposition 3 (1991)

Texas Proposition 3 was on the November 5, 1991 statewide ballot in Texas as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved.
Proposition 3 was described on the ballot as "The constitutional amendment to authorize the legislature to further implement and enhance the administration of the veterans' housing assistance and the land programs and to expand the investment authority of the Veterans' Land Board."
It amended §49-b of Article 3, amended §49-b-1 (d) and (e) of Article 3 and added §49-b-1 (h) to Article 3 of the Texas Constitution.
