I changed CR to VR to have consistent terminology thru-out BP and took out the "2008" column and the outcome column to leave more room for the basic info about the ballot measures. I've done this housekeeping on the other 2008 ballot measure pages as well.January 08:42, 9 July 2008 (EDT)

Issue 5

I believe the legislation for five is to keep a cap on payday lending, not to remove it.
