Scott Saiki is a Democratic member of the Hawaii House of Representatives, representing the 22nd District since 1995.

Saiki is an Attorney with Bickerton, Saunders, and Dang. He has been an Assistant to State Representative David Hagino, Intern to United States Representative Daniel Akaka, and Staff Attorney with the Legal Aid Society of Hawaii.

He is a member of the Advocates for Public Interest Law Board of Directors, Hawaii State Bar Association, Moiliili Community Center, and President of the Young Lawyers Division of the Hawaii State Bar Association.[1]

Saiki won re-election to the 22nd District Seat in 2010. He had no primary opposition on September 18, 2010. The general election took place on November 2, 2010. Gregory Cuadra ran on the Republican ticket for this seat.[2]
