Oregon Ballot Measure 8 (2008) is an initiated constitutional amendment and goes up against Oregon's single-subject rule that requires proposed initiatives to stick to only one subject and change only one area of the constitution of statutes. This measure would allow multiple initiated constitutional amendments to be made with one measure. Voters must be informed, through the ballot title, of the areas of the constitution that will be affected. [1]
