Oklahoma State Question 152 (Initiative #100) appeared on the 1928 ballot in Oklahoma. It passed, with 291,995 in favor and 56,099 opposed.
It was an initiated state statute.
The objective of the measure was to create a court in which citizens would be able to contest illegal ad valorem taxes.
