Oklahoma State Question 343 (Initiative #248) appeared on the 1949 ballot in Oklahoma. It failed, with 267,870 in favor and 323,270 opposed.

It was an initiated constitutional amendment.

The objective of the measure was to repeal the state's alcohol prohibition laws, and replace it with laws prohibiting liquor sales on Sunday, or to minors, or the sale of liquor by the drink.
