Ohio is investigating hundreds of write-in votes for sheriff from the 2004 election. The Ohio Election Justice Campaign, an independent organization, is claiming that hundreds and possibly thousands of write-in votes for unsuccessful candidate David Corbett were fraudulently submitted. The fraudulent ballots were allegedly spread throughout Coshocton County's 43 precincts, suggesting widespread effort and organization. Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner has announced that an investigation will take place. [1]
