Ohio Voter Residency Requirement (1970)

Ohio Issue 2 (1970) appeared on the 1970 ballot in Ohio. It was a measure regarding the voter residency requirement. This ballot measure was referred to the ballot by the Ohio State Legislature. It passed, with 61.3% of voters in favor.

Text of the proposal

To reduce the voter residency requirement from one year to six months (Art. V, Sec. 1)^[1]
