An Ohio Public Officer Pay Raises Act appearing on the ballot as Issue 2, was on the May 7, 1974 statewide primary ballot in Ohio. It proposed to increase the salaries of public officers. This ballot measure was referred to the ballot by the Ohio State Legislature. It was defeated, with 26.9% of voters in favor.

Text of the proposal

The language on the ballot was, "To permit increases in the compensation of Public Officers with more than two years remaining in their terms (Art. II, Sec. 20a)".
