Ohio Notice for Municipal Charters (1970)

Ohio Issue 3 (1970) appeared on the 1970 ballot in Ohio. It was a measure requiring notice of proposed municipal charter amendments. This ballot measure was referred to the ballot by the Ohio State Legislature. It passed, with 52.2% of voters in favor.
