Ohio Lottery Proceeds for Education Act (1987)

Ohio Issue No. 1 (1987) was a measure regarding lottery proceeds for education. It passed with 77.9% of voters in favor.

Text of the proposal

The entire net proceeds of the state lotteries be used solely for the support of elementary, secondary, vocational, and special education programs (Art. XV, Sec. 6)
