Ohio Issue 5 (1975) was a measure regarding bingo by charitable organizations. This ballot measure was referred to the ballot by the Ohio State Legislature. It passed, with 53.8% of voters in favor.

Text of the proposal

To permit the General Assembly to authorize and regulate the operation of bingo conducted by charitable organizations for charitable purposes (Art. XV, Sec. 6)^[1]
