Ohio Issue 2 (1925) was a measure regarding the taxation by uniform rule of real property. This ballot measure was referred to the ballot by the Ohio State Legislature. It failed with 46.5% of voters in favor.

Text of the proposal

Taxation by uniform rule of real property and all tangible personal property except motor vehicles and a different rate for intangible personal property (Art. XII, Sec. 2)[1]
