The Ohio Criminal Sentences Amendment appeared on the November 7, 1995 ballot in Ohio as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment proposed by the Ohio State Legislature as an amendment to the Ohio Constitution. It was listed on the ballot as Issue 1.

It was a measure to require the governor to follow regulations prescribed by law when granting commutation to a person convicted of a crime.
