Below are all the Ohio 2006 citizen initiatives. Four citizen initiatives appeared on the ballot in Ohio that year. Two of them dealt with the subject of smoking bans, one of which passed, one of which did not. Overall, half the citizen initiatives were passed in 2006.

ICA Measure 3 Gambling Permit up to 31,500 slot machines at seven horse racing tracks and at two Cleveland non-track locations. Defeated
ICA Measure 4 Smoking ban Provide a smoking ban in enclosed areas with certain exceptions. Defeated
CI Measure 5 Smoking ban Restrict smoking in places of employment and most places open to the public. Approved
