North Dakota New Programs Issue (1974)

A North Dakota New Programs Initiative, appearing on the ballot as Issue 2, was on the 1974 general election ballot in North Dakota.

It was a measure that authorizes new programs to increase employment opportunities. It was narrowly defeated, with 49.3% voting in favor.
