Nevadans for Nevada

Nevadans for Nevada is a union-backed political advocacy group based in Nevada. In 2006, it was active in efforts to keep the Nevada Tax and Spending Control Initiative (2006) off the ballot, running an aggressive petition blocking campaign.[1]
Paid consultants to the group included Gail Tuzzolo and Jeannie Berg.
Donors to Nevadans for Nevada included AFSCME ($50,000), SEIU ($45,000) and the Nevada State Education Association ($25,000).
The biggest donor to Nevadans for Nevada, however, was an organization called "Nevadans for Tomorrow", which contributed $475,000.
