Nasewaupee Treasurer Referendum (2008)

The Town of Nasewaupee Treasurer Referendum was referred to the November 4, 2008 ballot in Door County, Wisconsin. Currently, the treasurer of Nasewaupee is an elected position. This referendum sought to make it a position appointed by the town board. The measure was defeated by 53% of the vote. [1]

Status

Defeated, with 506 "yes" votes (46.34%) and 586 "no" votes (53.66%). [2]
