Missouri Referendum 1 (1982)

Missouri Referendum 1 (1982) was a measure to permit longer and heavier trucks on Missouri highways and to extend metropolitan commercial zones. This measure was a veto referendum of a statute enacted by the Missouri State Legislature. It failed in the 1982 special election with 46.7% of voters in favor.[1]
