Missouri Measure 8 (1982) was a measure establishing motor vehicle fees. This measure referred to the ballot by the Missouri State Legislature. It failed with 44.6% of voters in favor.

Text of the proposal

Authorizes fixed fee or tax for certain motor vehicles in lieu of tax on fuel for those vehicles. ^[1]
