Missouri Measure 5 (1982) was a measure regarding city and county retirement cost of living increases. This measure referred to the ballot by the Missouri State Legislature. It failed with 49.4% of voters in favor.

Text of the proposal

Authorizes cities and counties to provide for periodic cost of living increases in retirement benefits, after retirement, for persons receiving such benefits.[1]
