Missouri Measure 2 (1982) was a measure regarding school tax rates. This measure referred to the ballot by the Missouri State Legislature. It failed with 35.7% of voters in favor.

Text of the proposal

Changes maximum school tax rate which may be imposed by school districts without voter approval and would authorize higher school tax rate by simple majority vote.[1]
