Minnesota Amendment 3, also known as the Abolish Office of State Treasurer in 2003 Act, was on the November 3, 1998 election ballot in Minnesota as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved.
The language that appeared on the ballot asked whether voters wanted to remove the office of state treasurer from the Minnesota Constitution effective in January 2003.
