Michael Turner (b. February 6, 1955) is a Democratic member of the Tennessee House of Representatives, representing the 51st District.

Education

Turner received his diploma from Dupont High School in 1973. He went on to attend Middle Tennessee State University in 1978. He then attended Tennessee State University in 1990.

Professional experience

Turner is a Firefighter and an Emergency Medical Technician.

Political experience

Turner joined the Tennessee State House of Representatives in 2000. He has served in that position since, representing the 51st District.
