Martha Garcia is a Democratic member of the Arizona House of Representatives, representing the 13th District since 2004. She has also served as President of the Cartwright Elementary School Board since 1998
Garcia works as Community Mobilization Manager for the Maricopa County Department of Health, and has served as Director of the It's a Baby's Life Project.
Garcia is President of the Cartwright Education Foundation and Maryvale Village Block Watch Alliance, grassroots organizer for the Valley Interfaith Project, and member of the National School Boards Association.[1]
