Kitty Rhoades is a Republican member of the Wisconsin State Assembly, representing the 30th District since 1998.

Rhoades has worked as a teacher, consultant, and a small business owner.

She currently serves as President of the Suburban Chamber of Commerce, and a member of Ducks Unlimited, Saint Croix County Homemakers, Saint Patrick's Pastoral Council, United Way Board, and Foundation Board, University of Wisconsin River Falls Alumni.[1]
