Incarcerated felons voting in Nevada is the recognition of incarcerated residents of a state who are currently convicted of a felony and are currently on the states voting rolls. The following information is presented by data obtained by the Nevada Department of Corrections and the governing body of elections in a particular state known as the Nevada Secretary of State. Voting laws in Nevada make it illegal for an incarcerated felon to vote. In Nevada, felons are denied the right to vote if they are still seeing a probation or a parole officer or some felons are permanetly banned from voting depending on the seriousness of the crime as some recieve automatic restoral of civil rights at the end of probation and parole and prison time while some who had violent offenses and wish to have their rights restored must apply to their probation or parole officer and seek to restore their civil rights in which would be approved by the Governor or the Secretary of State[1].
