Howard Stephenson (b. November 7, 1950) has been a Republican member of the Utah Senate since 1992, representing the 11th district.

Education

Stephenson earned his BS in Psychology/Aerospace Studies from Brigham Young University in 1975. He went on to receive his MPA from Brigham Young University in 1977.

Stephenson has worked as a taxpayer advocate and a public administrator.
