Hillbert Additions and Renovations Referendum (2008)

The Hillbert Additions and Renovations Referendum is a school bond issue on the November 4, 2008 ballot in the School District of Hillbert, Wisconsin. The purpose of the referendum is to issue debt in the amount of $6,815,000, with the funds going to the school budget. The funds would be used to construct an addition to the middle/high school, renovate the elementary and the middle/high schools, and purchase equipment for the above projects.

Actual Wording

Be it resolved by the School Board of the School District of Hilbert, Calumet County, Wisconsin, that there shall be issued, pursuant to Chapter 67, Wisconsin Statutes, General Obligation Bonds in an amount not to exceed $6,815,000 for the purpose of paying the cost of constructing an addition to the middle/high school building; making renovations to the elementary and middle/high school buildings; and equipment acquisition related to said projects [1]
