A Herlong Public Utility District, Measure T ballot measure was on the August 25, 2009 ballot in Lassen County for voters in the Herlong Public Utility District.

The election was a mail-in ballot only election. The question under consideration was whether the number of members of the Board of Directors of the Herlong PUD should be increased from three to five.

The measure was approved.^[1]

• No: 32 (35.16%)
