Grant Larson (b. June 2, 1933) is a Republican member of the Wyoming Senate. He has been a Senator since 1995, representing the 17th district. He was elected in 1994 and subsequently re-elected in 1998, 2002, and 2006.
Education
Larson earned his BS from the University of Utah.
Professional experience
Larson worked as and officer and pilot for the United States Air Force. He then went on to work in business management.
Political experience
Larson's political experience began with his service as Commissioner for Teton County. He went on to be elected to the Wyoming State Senate in 1995. He served as Senate Vice President from 2001 to 2002. He later served as Majority Floor Leader from 2003 to 2004. Larson became President of the Senate in 2005 and served in this position until 2006. He currently represents the 17th district.
