The Germantown Exceed Revenue Limits referendum is a school bond issue on the November 4, 2008 ballot in the School District of Germantown, Wisconsin. The purpose of the referendum is to exceed the state-set revenue cap by $500,000 per year, with the additional funds being directed to the school budget.

The annual additional funds would be used for costs associated with the new elementary school, also on the Nov. 4 ballot. Both of the measures were defeated.
