A Florida Secret Ballot Amendment may appear on the 2010 ballot in Florida as an legislatively-referred constitutional amendment.
On March 11, 2009, a committee of the Florida House of Representatives approved a proposed amendment to the Florida Constitution that would guarantee workers in Florida the secret ballot.
Four Democrats voting against the measure, which is sponsored by House Majority Leader Adam Hasner, R-Delray Beach.[1]
