The Right to have Intimate Privacy is an initiated constitutional amendment that guarantees the Right that No Act of Sexual Intimacy Committed in Private between Consenting Adults shall be Prohibited or Discriminated Against by Law. Repeals Criminal Laws from the 1800's Banning Most Sex Acts between Married Couples, All Oral Sex Acts and All Sex Acts & Cohabitation between Unmarried Persons. Allows Legal Partnerships to take place between Unmarried Consenting Adults. The initiative would not repeal Laws Regulating Sexual Acts for Economic Compensation or Laws Banning Same Sex Marriages.^[1]
