- Convicted abuser may never work with children again
- Childcare worker must have background checks
- Convicted child sex abusers may be surgically or chemically castrated, get counseling and be paroled. On a second conviction they must be castrated.
- Increased penalties for those that assault children under the age of 12
- Sex offenders must help pay for their incarceration, parole and damages to their victims.
- Child abuse and sexual abuse will be listed seperately
- Non citizens will be deported if convicted of child abuse
- Statute of limitation will be extended in appropriate situations
- Accomplices, accessories, and witnesses who refuse to report child sexual abuse will be convicted of the same crime.
- Children 13-18 must be considered before trial
