Florida 2004 ballot measures

Eight statewide ballot questions were on the November 2, 2004 ballot in the state of Florida.
- As of the 2004 election, there had been 27 initiatives on the Florida ballot since the process began in 1976, in addition to legislatively-referred ballot measures.
- Floridians passed Amendment 3 in 2006, which requires that for any initiative, legislative referral or commission referral to pass, it must earn the approval of 60% of the state's voters.
- Florida voters have approved a higher percentage of their statewide ballot measures than voters in any other state.
