Fitchburg Library Construction Referendum (2008)

The Fitchburg Library Construction Referendum was referred to the November 4, 2008 ballot in Fitchburg, Wisconsin. The purpose of the referendum is to issue debt in the amount of $10 million to be used for the construction of a new library.
Also on the ballot is a measure intended to supply the operating costs of the library, once built. It was defeated, while the construction referendum was approved. See Fitchburg Library Operation Costs Referendum (2008).
