A Eureka Sales Tax Measure D appeared on the November 4, 2008 ballot in Eureka, in Humboldt County, California.

Measure D was approved with 56.31% of the vote.

Measure D imposes a one quarter of one percent (0.25%) transaction and use tax, and simultaneously repeals the city's existing three percent (3%) utility user tax.
