The Ellsworth Improvements Referendum is a school bond issue on the November 4, 2008 ballot in the School District of Ellsworth, Wisconsin. The purpose of the referendum is to issue debt for the school district in the amount of $2,000,000. The additional funds would be used to help maintain and upgrade facilities.
Actual Wording
BE IT RESOLVED by the School Board of the Ellsworth Community School District, Pierce County, Wisconsin that there shall be issued pursuant to Chapter 67 of the Wisconsin Statutes, general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed $2,000,000 for the public purpose of paying the cost of improvements, replacements and upgrades at existing school facilities.
