David Schmidt

David Schmidt is the author of the 1991 book, Citizen Lawmakers: The Ballot Initiative Revolution.
At the time he wrote the book, Schmidt was the director of the "Initiative Resource Center" in San Francisco and editor of the newsletter, "Initiative & Referendum: The Power of the People!".[1]
