A Contra Costa Tax Measure F was on the November 4, 2008 ballot in Contra Costa County, California.
A supermajority vote of 2/3rds was required to pass the tax.
The tax measure covers county service area P-6 (zone 3006), which is the unincorporated areas of East Richmond Heights and Bayo Vista.
The tax would have amounted to an annual initial amount of $108 per parcel for single-family, residential parcels, with higher amounts for properties in other use categories.
This measure was defeated with 60.3% of the vote.
