Colorado signature requirements
From Ballotpedia
Colorado signature requirements are less complicated than most states, because the same number is required for a statutory initiative, referendum, or a constitutional amendment. Colorado is one of only three states (the others are Massachusetts and Nevada) that doesn't require a higher percentage for a constitutional amendment than the percentage for a statutory initiative.
- The signature filing deadline for the 2010 ballot in Colorado is August 2, 2010.
