Colorado Spending Cap Amendment (1990)
From Ballotpedia
The Colorado Spending Cap Amendment of 1990, also known as "Colorado Amendment One", was proposed as an initiated constitutional amendment to the Colorado Constitution. It failed.
The measure came after the Colorado Spending Cap Amendment (1988), which also failed, and was succeeded by Colorado Amendment One (1992), which passed.
