Colorado Severance Tax on Oil and Gas, Issue 4 (1952)

Colorado Issue 4 was on the November 4, 1952 ballot in Colorado was an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was defeated.

Issue 4 would have imposed a severance tax on certain petroleum products and natural gas.
