Chris McKenzie

Chris McKenzie is the executive director of the League of California Cities and a spokesperson against California Proposition 98 (2008) and for California Proposition 99 (2008).
McKenzie is also on the board of California Statewide Communities Development Authority (CSCDA). In 2007, CSCDA issued about $4.2 billion in tax free bonds, making it the fifth largest debt issuer in the country.
