California Voter Foundation

The California Voter Foundation (CVF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in California. It describes its mission as "promoting and applying the responsible use of technology to improve the democratic process."

CVF was founded in 1989 by then-California Secretary of State March Fong Eu, and then re-founded in 1994 by Kim Alexander.

Since 1994, CVF has produced its "California Online Voter Guide" with information about statewide election contests, including those for California ballot propositions.
